The Vertical Semi-Pantographic Switch was developed to operate in substations and in the most varied opening and closing projects within power distributions, from voltages of 15kV to 345kV.
The SPV (Vertical Semi-pantographic) switch consists of two columns of insulators, with a rotating column at one end that will operate the blade, while the other column is fixed to support the blade.
The switch phases are mounted on a steel tube base, cast aluminum and stainless steel parts complement its assembly to ensure maximum safety and robustness of the equipment, the use of adjustable profiles between the three phases ensures its fixation and its insulators are made of porcelain or engineering polymers.
The support, base and other metal parts are manufactured in hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with standard NBR 6323.
It can be supplied according to the customers needs, both for assembly in concrete and in metal structures.
The switch can be operated either manually or by motor, using a control panel equipped with several auxiliary contact blocks. In addition, electrical, electromechanical or mechanical interlocking devices can be supplied as required.
Maurizio Vertical Semi-Pantographic Switch are tested and approved in accordance with IEC 62271/NBR 7571 and ANSI C37-32.2002 Standards.
